OPENING QUESTIONS:
  1. Were you able to share peace with someone last week? What happened?
  2. What is something you are thankful for today?
  3. What is something that was stressful or difficult this week and how can we help?

IN THE WORD:
  1. In your group or individually, check out this overview video on the first half of the book of Exodus from the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/explore/video/exodus-1-18/
  2. Read Exodus 2:2-10 NIV out loud from two different translations, then have two people retell the story.
  3. Explain the racism taking place in this story (Check back in Exodus 1). How did Moses’ parents and family go against the flow?
  4. What does this teaching tell us about God? What does this teaching tell us about people?

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
  1. Who is someone in your life that is facing an injustice? How can you help them take action through their faith in Jesus?
  2. How can we pray for you and for each other as we walk with others in the coming week?
