Please pray for a family friend and for guidance in walking with them. Currently they are experiencing some marriage troubles, prayers for God to be with them and be their guide. Please pray for my sister in law Shannon to get a diagnosis on her upcoming Oct 17 doctors appointment. It’s been 3 years since her muscles started deteriorating. She’s 50, down to 80lbs, and using a walker. Her doctor won’t treat until they have a diagnosis. Shannon is hard-hearted toward God. Please pray with expectant hope for a diagnosis on Oct 17th. When we’re celebrating a diagnosis, I’d love to tell her my entire church was praying for this and pray that will soften her heart toward God.

Update: I have realized that I for sure need to keep loving my brother and praying for him daily! A very close friend of his is helping him to get some counseling. He seems positive and he knows that I love him. I also told him how much I was praying for him.. even though he may not want to hear it. The friend who is helping him and who has known him for a long time is a close follower of Christ!! I know there is always a way. And I won’t give up believing for miracles. Thank you for prayer.

My husband and I went through a missed miscarriage last spring and recently found out I am pregnant again. Overall I am struggling mentally this pregnancy and am really scared of loosing this baby too. Our first doctors appointment is early next week and I am so anxious/nervous. My aortic valve has severely deteriorated since December and continues to worsen. Test results and imaging have been sent to a surgeon in Houston, but my cardiologist is concerned there may not be an option available. Even if there is, I’m not entirely certain I’m ready for another 10-12 years of suffering. I’ve been disabled for 18 years and pain controls my life. It’ll only get worse over time. I’m considering whether or not to let God call me home, pending the call from Houston.
