A few things before you begin:

• This registration process will take approximately 10 minutes per leader. You will not be able to save a draft of your registration, so make sure you will have the time to completely finish registration before starting.
• Registration will consist of 4 parts:
  1. Volunteer Information
  2. Medical Release Form
  3. Fees and Payment
  4. An opportunity to sponsor another child/student to attend a Pathway Church Summer Event!
• Please gather your insurance information, Doctor's name and phone number, emergency contact phone numbers, and your payment information.
• Please be aware that full refunds will not be available this year, regardless of any cancellations, illness, or schedule changes. Your registration fees include a $130 non-refundable minimum payment. If you cancel after May 22nd, the entire cost is non-refundable.

When registering, please use one of the following discount codes based off of the number of years you've served at a Middle School big summer event.

If this is your first year use discount code year1 for 40% off.
If this is your second year use discount code year2 for 50% off.
If this is your third year use discount code year3 for 60% off.
If this is your fourth year or higher, use discount code year4 for 70% off.
