A few things before you begin:

• ONLY REGISTRATIONS COMPLETED BY A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• This registration process will take approximately 10 minutes per student. You will not be able to save a draft of your registration, so make sure you will have the time to completely finish registration before starting.
• Registration will consist of 4 parts:
  1. Student Information
  2. Medical Release Form
  3. Fees and Payment
  4. An opportunity to sponsor another child/student to attend a Pathway Church Summer Event!
• Please gather your insurance information, date of your student's last tetanus shot, Doctor's name and phone number, emergency contact phone numbers, and your payment information.
• Please be aware that full refunds will not be available this year, regardless of any cancellations, illness, or schedule changes. Your registration fees include a $130 non-refundable minimum payment. If you cancel after May 22nd, the entire cost is non-refundable.
