Position Requirements:
- Must attend Pathway Church and be an active participant (or agree to attend Pathway Church after employment).
- Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others.
- Previous administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred.
- Must be able to meet state licensing requirements and have knowledge of and ability to work with young children.
- Must have mathematical and organizational abilities to work with and handle Kidslink tuition and funds.
- Must have working knowledge of Word and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn other programs such as Publisher, Excel and church database program.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately in English, in both verbal and written form.
- Must have relational skills to effectively interact with church staff, parents, teachers and preschoolers.
- Must be a team player and desire to work in a positive, kid-friendly environment.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, possess the ability to work in spite of distractions, and eager to help others succeed.
- Must be sensitive in working with confidential items.
- Must have ability to lift 40 pounds, and have flexibility to bend/move to be able to play on the floor with children.
